Processing Time All items are made to order. Please allow 3–5 working days for production before dispatch.

UK Delivery

• Mainland UK: Free standard delivery (3–5 working days after dispatch)
• We aim to deliver within 5–10 working days from order date

International Delivery Currently we ship to mainland UK only. International shipping options may be added in future.

Tracking You will receive a dispatch confirmation email when your order has been sent.

Delays During busy periods (e.g. Christmas, Mother's Day), please allow extra time. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or courier services.

Personalised Orders As all items are made to order, please double-check your personalisation details before placing your order. We cannot amend orders once production has begun.
