Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless an item is faulty, damaged, or misprinted.

Personalised items cannot be returned as they are made to order and cannot be resold.

Spelling & personalisation accuracy — Please check all text carefully before submitting your order. We produce items exactly as instructed, so we are unable to accept responsibility for spelling errors or incorrect details provided by the customer.

Faulty, damaged or misprinted items — If your item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or misprinted due to an error on our part, we will replace it free of charge. To request a replacement, please contact us at tony@photonscribe.com within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be asked to return the faulty item before a replacement is dispatched.

How to request a replacement:

  1. Email tony@photonscribe.com with your order number and a photo of the fault
  2. We will confirm the return address and arrange collection or ask you to post the item back
  3. Once the faulty item is received, we will dispatch your replacement within 3–5 working days
